What we deliver
A VVIP completion is the most complex phase of any sovereign aircraft programme. We represent the owner inside the completion centre, attending every major milestone and holding the centre to the agreed specification.
We control change orders, monitor weight and certification status, review engineering against the cabin definition, and surface schedule and cost risk early — before it compounds.
